Updated: Jul 28, 2022

Sleep like a baby

A peaceful home is a place where wonderful things can happen. This includes safety and comfort, enough for you to get the restoration and sleep you need to stay healthy, balanced and creative.

Try this simple affirmation

My home is peaceful and comfortable. I begin and end my days in happiness and tranquility.

I create a beautiful and relaxing environment.

I clear away clutter and organize my possessions.

I paint the walls with cheerful and restful colors.

I bring nature indoors with fresh flowers and natural materials. I display my collections and favorite photos.

I spend time with family and friends. We share daily activities and deep conversations.

I read books and listen to music. I work on my hobbies.

I play with my children and animal companions.

I engage in activities that are fun and enriching. I develop my talents and express my creativity.

I meditate and pray.

I designate a quiet space where I can still my thoughts and connect with the sacred.

I cook healthy and delicious meals. I fill my kitchen with wholesome and amazing tasting food.

I work out moving my body in healthy ways. I design a home gym so I can stay active even when the weather is harsh, am in the middle of a pandemic or I lack the time to go to the gym.

I soak in the tub or sing in the shower.

I find creative ways like using aromatherapy to make my bathing soothing and restorative

I enjoy restorative sleep. I keep my bedroom quiet and dark overnight. I wake up feeling excited about greeting a new day.

Today, I treat my home as my sanctuary. I relieve stress and restore my energy. I love having a wonderful space for my family and me to live.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. How do I feel when I walk in my front door or when I look around my space?

2. What is my favorite room in my house and what do I like about it?

3. What is one thing I can do to create more harmony at home?

Wishing You Wholeness
